Founded in the summer of 2022, Burnt Toast opened its first downtown location in a historic Colorado Springs building located directly across from City Hall. In July 2024, we expanded into our second location on North Academy Boulevard, to bring more of our versatile breakfast and brunch concept to the greater Colorado Springs community.
We’re not claiming we invented brunch, but we sure are making it shine.
Each dish, from classic bacon and eggs to huevos rancheros, is carefully crafted to create an unforgettable daytime dining experience. Think of it as your new favorite date night spot, but make it breakfast.
